Recommendations (general conditions) for the Online-Shop of Darex Import en Export, valid for all clients.
We refer to the following conditions for between you and our finalized deals and about delivery of ordered articles:

- Prices and shippingcosts
The indicated price of the offered goods include all taxes and other price items with exceptance of the delivery – and shipping costs that may occur. We calculate the shipping costs as one final amount in Euros for shipments within Europe. A delivery to a P.O.Box or Poste Restante is not possible.
Our information about articles and prices on our Website and on our Online-Shop are not binding.The sales deal will be concluded when we have confirmed the delivery of the articles.
The confirmation of an incoming order, is not yet an acceptation from our side . Type- and calculation errors give us the right to cancel.
We can also renounce the order if the ordered product is out of stock.The sales price already paid, will be refunded immediately.
Payment of the ordered products must be done by mean of prepayment of the full amount on the invoice on our Dutch Account.
Delivery will be executed, if not otherwise given, to the indicated delivery address.
The danger of loss or damage of the products is at client’s risk as soon as client has received the goods and this will also be applicable for partial deliveries.
Delivery times:
From stock : within 7 working days
International : within 3-10 working days
Not in stock or special orders : 2-12 weeks.
3.Samples:
In order to give client the option to judge in advance the quality of the articles, Darex Import en Export will send samples of 5 by 5 cm.Every ordered sample will be charged by Euro 2,50 ( including shipping costs).
4.Restitution:
Client has the option to return , indicating the reason, within 14 days after receipt. This does not apply for articles which according to special wishes of the client have been made or measured and cut.
Attention: No right of restitution of fabrics that have been cut or processed for the client.
Restitution costs which is provoked, will be refunded in case of an appropriate claim. ( however only the cheapest way of shipping).
If the fabrics have been used, we claim the right to charge the client for the loss of value.
For returned articles , the full amount of payment will be refunded. In principle shipping costs will not be refunded .
- Colour deviations:
Attention !! Darex Import en Export cannot be held responsible for colour deviations between pictures on Internet and the fabrics delivered. We point out strongly in this respect that ordering samples in advance is always possible.
Colour- and structure deviations between samples and delivered products or between several separate deliveries cannot be prevented and therefore cannot be an appropriate reason for a claim.
- Ownership:
The delivered articles remain our ownership until total payment of all claims towards the client have been fulfilled.
- Privacy:
Your personal data will stricktly be used for order processing only.
- Jurisprudence :
On these conditions the Dutch Jurisprudence will be applicable.
